Hi, I'm Andrea, I was born and raised in Savona in the beautiful Liguria, I am a great lover of cooking and good food.

These two passions have always accompanied me.

From an early age I started helping my grandmother and my mother in the preparation of traditional Italian and regional dishes and, subsequently,  with friends I enjoyed organizing spaghetti at home; for me every occasion was good for sautéing like during military service or as a single both in Spain and in Italy. The food world marked the beginning of my professional career,  from gastronomy  with Salami with Cheese enriching later with Meat, with  Fish and then finish on the vegetables and also on the wines.

Now, thanks to my passion, I have had the opportunity to create a catering format for shopping centers.

Now I have a lot of fun going to restaurants to have new experiences and to taste new dishes, trying to discover new cooking ideas and then recreate and customize them in part, and then organize lunches and dinners at my home as a Homerestaurant.

Warm and welcoming environment, perfect cook in the creation and combination of dishes; we tasted the mushroom menu and already from the appetizer (Tartare di Fassona with Raw Porcini Mushrooms) we note the care and precision in the realization, and then continue with a sublime Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms (perfect cooking) and a seared Fillet Butter with Green Porcini Mushrooms (very tender). Worthy conclusion with a Chocolate and Cream Ganache Pastry, all washed down with a good red wine and accompanied by an immense passion for cooking and good food in company. Congratulations, definitely go back!
